After working directly for several building product manufacturers, Phil recognized the potential for a more integrated approach to supporting the construction industry. Phil saw the gaps in how products were marketed and the missed opportunities for deeper collaborations between manufacturers and architects, contractors, and developers.

Driven by a desire to bridge these gaps and fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit, Phil started his own agency shortly after completing his MBA at SMU. PBJ Arch Assist is built on Phil’s extensive experience and deep industry insights and aims to be more than just another sales rep agency.

MARKETING

Janelle is crucial in keeping our marketing efforts both timely and interesting. Her degree in graphic design and her meticulous attention to detail help best showcase the brands we represent. With Janelle managing the administrative side of our marketing, we can stay responsive and relevant and ensure our products are front and center in the minds of our clients.

MIDWEST PARTNER

Buddy, Phil’s sister, anchors the Chicago office. She has a diverse professional background spanning kitchen and bath accessories, industrial commercial real estate, leadership development, and keynote speaking. In this role, Buddy leans into her passion for integrating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions into commercial and residential projects. She widely shares the successful examples of balancing aesthetics and environmental impact.

OFFICE MANAGER

Jack wears many hats in his role as office manager. He is number one priority is our safety, alerting of any other threats outside the office, when packages arrive, and approving of any visitors. He provides in-house therapy, excelling at letting you know when it’s time for a well deserved break. He boosts office moral everyday, creating a safe and friendly working environment.
